PRESIDENT & CEO

Courtney is a husband, a father of five, and a G-Pa to one grandson. He has served as an usher, armorbearer, deacon, youth coach and foster parent in the community. His career has included restaurant ownership, construction development, and his current role of VP of Operations.

Courtney has a love for his community. In addition to reaching the youth, he feeds the homeless, and enjoys empowering men to become who they were created to be. He prides himself on creating connections and a safe space for men to grow, learn, and elevate their viewpoint of themselves and one another.

VICE-PRESIDENT & SECRETARY

Desean is a husband and father of three. He has served as an usher, deacon, and youth leader in the community. His career has included district management in both restaurant and manufacturing, and his current role of Associate Licensed Banker. He has his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Desean has a love for the youth, his community and championing men to be real and authentic. We are all works in progress, and we need each other in order to grow higher.

CFO & TREASURER

Khary is a husband and father of four boys. He has served in his community as a student teacher, student advocate, youth coach and volunteer with the Red Cross. His career has included serving in the military, teaching at the elementary, middle school and high school levels, and his current role of IRR Teacher 5th Grade. He holds his Master’s Degree in Education, Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and Associates in Accounting.

Khary has a love for the youth, instilling positivity, and sharing his love for learning and all things education.

DIRECTOR OF EVENTS & COMMUNICATIONS

Larry Roach, Jr. aka LJ is a loving husband and father of two. LJ has a Bachelor of Science in Business with Certificates in Operations Management & Project Management, as well as a construction business. Being a military brat, he grew up learning the importance of community and teamwork early on, and has since made a commitment to a life of helping others. In addition, he has taken on leadership roles as a Boy Scout Den Leader and youth basketball and football coach, instilling a sense of teamwork and community in the young people he works with.

As a board member, LJ brings his wealth of experience and passion for serving others to the table. He believes that serving others is a calling, and that there is no greater joy than seeing the positive impact that one can have on the lives of those around them.

DIRECTOR OF BRAND MANAGEMENT

Keith L Benas, SR is a loving husband, father and grandfather. He has over 30 year of experience in the construction industry, including several million-dollar projects in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Illinois. Keith has a heart for the youth, teaching them the lessons he has learned, and instilling a strong faith in them as they walk along this journey of life.

As a board member, Keith brings his wealth of management and leadership experience along with his ability to see the bigger picture. He is great at networking, promotions and brand management.
